This Cookie Policy (“Policy”) describes how FunnelChat (the “Company”, “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the FunnelChat Manager platform (“Platform”), available at manager.whatsgo.wa-api.io.
This Policy complements our Privacy Policy and should be read together with it.
1. What Are Cookies
1.1. Cookies are small text files stored in the User's browser when they access a website. They allow the website to recognize the browser on subsequent visits, storing preferences and session information.
1.2. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, tracking pixels (web beacons) and analytics scripts. In this Policy, all these technologies are referred to generically as “Cookies”.
1.3. Cookies can be “first-party” (set directly by the Platform) or “third-party” (set by services integrated into the Platform).
2. Cookies We Use
We organize the cookies used on the Platform into the following categories:
2.1. Essential Cookies (Strictly Necessary)
These cookies are indispensable for the operation of the Platform. Without them, basic features such as authentication and navigation do not work. They do not require consent, as they are technically necessary.

3. Third-Party Cookies
3.1. Some services integrated into the Platform may set their own cookies:
3.1.1. Stripe (Payment Processing)
When the User accesses the checkout or subscription management page, Stripe may set cookies for fraud prevention and secure payment processing. These cookies are governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
3.2. We have no direct control over cookies set by third parties. We recommend consulting the respective privacy policies of these services for more information.
4. How to Manage Cookies
4.1. The User can manage their cookie preferences in different ways:
4.1.1. Consent Banner
On the first visit to the Platform, a consent banner is displayed that allows the User to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Preferences can be changed at any time by clicking “Change cookie preferences” in the footer of the Platform.
4.1.2. Browser Settings
Most browsers allow you to manage cookies through their settings. Instructions for the most common browsers:

- Mozilla Firefox: Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and site data;

4.2. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the proper operation of the Platform, including the inability to log in or keep the session active.
4.3. Disabling analytics and marketing cookies does not affect the basic operation of the Platform, but may limit the personalization of the experience.
5. Legal Basis for Cookies
5.1. Essential cookies are used based on legitimate interest (GDPR, legitimate interest basis), as they are strictly necessary for the operation of the Platform.
5.2. Functionality, analytics and marketing cookies are used based on the User's consent (GDPR, consent basis), obtained through the consent banner displayed on the first visit.
5.3. The User can revoke consent for non-essential cookies at any time, as described in Section 4 above, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out previously.
6. Changes to the Policy
6.1. This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the cookies used or in applicable law. Substantial changes will be communicated through the consent banner or notification on the Platform.
6.2. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
6.3. After any significant change in the cookies used, we will request the User's consent again where applicable.
